Customer-Centric is a private, independent training provider based in Sutton Coldfield.
We
deliver vocational qualifications and training through our centre-approval
with EDI, centred-on business support, team leading
and management operating across the West Midlands, including the north
Warwichshire, east Shropshire, and south east Staffordshire borders.
For our learners we ensure that they access the right qualification at the right level by understanding their needs on initial contact, thus ensuring success. Learner support is continuous and will be provided during evenings and weekends as required to cater for shift patterns.
For employers we will fully manage and help them tailor training courses to meet their needs and the needs of individual staff. In addition we offer a detailed training needs analysis of their business and provide bespoke solutions whether it be a one day course, bite-sized sessions, or more specialist qualifications.
Company or individual, we will always ensure that you receive a return on your investment through structured learning and development. Our links with the Learning and Skills Council and Train to Gain enable us to assist our customers with potential funding as appropriate.
