Business Support

National Vocational Qualifications in Business and Administration, and Customer Service are work-related competence-based qualifications available to anyone at any stage of their career - designed to assess the skills, knowledge and abilities of an individual, and are therefore ideal for people who have been away from education for some years and yet want to gain recognition and accreditation for their skills. They can also be used as a method of personal and professional development.

These courses underpin and enhance core skills and competence for those working in business support roles, and develop an individuals awareness of how important their role is and how they affect customers inside and outside of their department or organisation. An individual unit may be taken for specific unit accreditation, or the required number to make up a full certificate.
