Candidates

Our candidates come from a variety of industries within the public, private and charity sectors. Their age range is from 19 years of age and above, and typically they will be working within a clerical, administrative, or customer service role, or hold a team leader or managerial position within one of these areas.

Reasons for undertaking vocational training and assessment are varied: it could be because a candidates' employer has asked that they do so as part of company change or a forthcoming change in job role, or to help meet company objectives such as improving customer service. If candidates are working within an industry that is frequently measured against Standards which, if not met, there is a penalty, there may be a target for both staff and employer to demonstrate that they are working to a National Standard.

From a more individual point of view candidates may be looking to update their qualifications and underpin their skills and expertise. There is also personal development to consider, where candidates are looking to gain knowledge and working practice to achieve promotion.

There are few barriers to learning and development with our courses. We ensure success from the start, by first understanding what goals an employer or individual has, and then tailoring our courses to meet those needs.

Call us to see how we can be of benefit to you.
