Customer Service Week 2009: 5th - 11th October

What is this event about?
Customer Service Week (CSW) is organised by Customer Centric. It is a week to raise awareness and highlight the importance of customer service within any organisation.
Are you a customer advocate? Register your participation free.
Whilst our focus is on organisations within the West Midlands we welcome any organisation to join our event. We would like to help you display to your customers that you are a customer advocate committed to a high level of service. By hosting an event within your organisation, serious or fun, or simply displaying posters and balloons you are participating in CSW; we have listed a few ideas below to help you celebrate this week.
