Workshops

Customer-Centric offer workshops every three months for our clients' and candidates. Lasting between 30 and 60 minutes these workshops are delivered free of charge on our clients' premises, and are focused on elements of the National Standards for customer service, business and administration, and management. Through open and interactive conversation the workshop encourages you to draw upon your experience of dealing with customers on a daily basis, inside and outside of your own working environment, and provoke thought into how and why you dealt with various customers in the way that you have done, and how you can utilise that experience to create an improved customer experience.
